Why: This event will provide an opportunity for students and young professionals to interact with not only one another, but with individuals that may have upcoming open positions! Attendees will meet with like-minded professionals and learn about the latest advancements that will impact their careers. Young professional inspirational leaders will share insights, learnings, and failures from the early stages of their careers, with plenty of opportunities for attendees to ask questions. This is a unique opportunity for any students or Young Professionals that want the chance to grow their career and make the right connections that will propel their career forward.

Goals:

• Desired Ratio of 2 young professionals to 1 hiring manager/mentor.
• Hiring managers/Mentors can self-select during registration if desired, or the committee can identify and select individuals later.
• The sponsored vendor would have the opportunity at the beginning to welcome folks and join in the conversations.
• Size of the event will be dictated by funding availability from sponsored vendor. See estimated pricing below.
